Day 1 - Mid Day Update

Horse manure! I was about 2/3 done with a nice little post and I hit something wrong and lost the page. Rawr! Hmm. Short version...weather's been good, scenery is nice, bummed I can't take pics while riding (even my common sense over-rides that idea), mpg is around 52 with stinky ethanol flavored gas. Right now I'm outside Nashville at a Cracker Barrel, a shade over the halfway point of where I wanted to be, after 5 hours of riding, which is respectable. My lunch break is about over (and there've been two gas stops and one stretch break), and I'm ready to ride again :) The Executive Inn next to CB has a great sign up...I'll post it this evening. Gotta love 'em!
